Liberty International Organization is a non-profit organization based in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The organization is founded in 2000 by Victoria Ozawa with the goal of helping the needy by providing food to their tables and clothing on their back.
Growing up as a poor child in the Philippines, Mrs. Ozawa experienced the emotional and physical distress of not being able to afford basic necessities in life such as food. She came to Japan and worked hard to provide for her two daughters and 13 brothers and sisters in the Philippines.
During the last 10 years, she has been actively providing assistance to the Filipinos in and out of Japan. She is also active in the Japanese charitable communities by volunteering in numerous events held at the Saitama City Hall. She manages and divides her time between her work, family and her devotion for helping others.
She founded the organization because she hopes to extend a helping hand to the needy families and children of the Philippines. Since then, she has played a major role in participating in projects organized by Liberty International Japan.
